We deliver across the week, including weekends.
During peak times, deliveries may be delayed by a day.

4. Address Changes
Address changes are accepted free of charge if requested at least 1 day before delivery.
No changes will be made after dispatch.
For items in the gift section, address changes are not allowed post dispatch.
5. Order Changes & Cancellations
Changes to orders must be made at least 1 day before delivery.

7. Damaged Deliveries
Damaged item claims must be reported within 1 day of delivery.
Reports must be accompanied by clear photo or video proof.

Delivery will be attempted as per provided instructions.
If the recipient is unavailable or refuses to accept the order, it will be marked as delivered. No redelivery will be attempted.
Order will be considered delivered if:

Recipient is unavailable.
Premises are locked.
Incorrect or unreachable contact information.
Recipient refuses delivery.
Order is delivered to security, neighbor, or reception.
9. Substitution Policy
In cases where a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to replace it with an item of equal or greater value, including variations in design, color, or packaging.
10. Duplicate Orders
If duplicate orders are detected, we will attempt to contact the customer. If unreachable, we reserve the right to make the final decision regarding fulfillment.
11. Fraudulent Activity
Any unethical behavior—such as providing false address, offensive messages, or odd delivery requests—may result in order cancellation or user banning without explanation.
12. Recipient Not Available
If strict delivery to the recipient only is requested and the recipient is unavailable, the order will be marked as delivered. No refunds will be provided.
